Akira Mall is a shopping mall that a young woman enters in the days of the 80s yuppie boom. She drowns herself in luxury products and designer cloths. Optical Outlet is a theme album through which the listener can follow the woman’s shopping experience from the main doors deep into the shopping mall. With its sound, Akira Mall pursues mallsoft vibes that are based on the elevator music playing at the mall.
